Dear Kahurangi Dance Group
Kia ora Kahurangi dance group. Thank you soooo much, for taking time out of your day to teach us heaps of new things. I, for one, really enjoyed my day.

The tips I learnt were great, and I have improved heaps. I really enjoyed the poi, and that  performance you did, really inspired me to take risks when I perform.

Since you have left, when we practise we practise like we are performing, we sound great. You guys have turned us from a group of  kids, to kapa haka  machines! Thank you!!!!!
Ngā mihi ki a koutou mā tō koutou awhina ki a mātou.
Yours sincerely
Ataleya

Dear Kahurangi Dance Group,
Kia ora, thank you so much for coming into our school and teaching us all of the fun activities you taught Nga Rakau E Rua.

One of the things I loved about your group was your volume and your actions. Another thing I liked about your group was your amazing performance in the hall. It was beautiful.

I loved practicing for our song Moe Mai Ra and doing all the activities we did in the morning. They were very fun activities. Although the punishment was not very fun it served us!

I think you have turned us into true Kahurangi Dance Group people!

Yours sincerely,

Kirriana

Dear Kahurangi dance group
Ngā mihi nui for coming and meeting us at our kura. We are all really thankful for you coming.

He kaiako tino pai koutou. What I considered fun was E whakaata a matou i te waiata, me te haka. I also liked how you helped tō tatou rōpū kapa haka find our  rhythm, motion and timing.
You are such a great committed group that’s what I like about you. You are also really good with children especially Lucky because he’s really fun/funny.

I really want to see you again I think everybody would enjoy seeing you again.
Yours sincerely
Kiri
